It's been over 3 months and between slcc, and myself we have sent them everything they ask to get the charge off my credit card that they said was only for damage which there was none, and budget car representatives have been no help, frustrating and unable to do anything. So I had Slcc call them, and to no avail. The 2nd car we rented from them, the same thing happened, but they solved that issue, but for whatever reason, could not solve mine. I call again and this time they say I have to have slcc call them, and start running me in circles about how they won't take the charge off my card. Then a few days later, I receive another charge on my credit card from budget for over $300. I called budget rental and they credited my charge back to me. A few days later, my credit card gets charged over $300. After all this we took the 2 cars instead of 3 slcc originally reserved in advance and went and played the game, then we returned the cars, clean and perfect. Total pain, and took well over a hour to do because on top of that the lady helping us could barley speak english, and we had a incredibly hard time trying to understand her, and she was struggling because she couldn't find the words to explain what was going on. So we ended up only with 2 of the vehicles and had to rent a 3rd from another company. I don't know why she couldn't use it for 24 hrs, but that's what she said and asked us for another card, which we didn't have. We received 2 of the vehicles, but the lady helping us punched the numbers of one of the credit cards in wrong and said, she could not use that card for 24hrs. We had to do this with 2 other vehicles as well, because slcc rented 3 vehicles for us. She said, correct, although she needed my credit card on file as well, just in case of damage or something to that affect. I told slcc had already given her a card on file for the payment of the rental. When I went to budget car, the lady I went to get the car from asked me for a credit card. The slcc staff arranged a van rental from budget car so I could transport my team from the airport to slcc for the game. I came flew from Denver to Slc to play salt lake community college in a soccer game.
